Courage and overcoming were the hallmarks of 2023 at Pequeno Príncipe. From farewell to king Pelé, in the first days of the year, to the fire that destroyed our Oncology, Hematology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation Outpatient Clinic in October, we experienced a year of intense challenges. But with a lot of dedication and resilience we also accumulate reasons to celebrate. We are the 80th best hospital that works with pediatrics in the world and the first in Latin America. And we end the year celebrating the beginning of work on our new headquarters, the Pequeno Príncipe North, and the government support for the construction of the first building at the place, a day hospital. The right to life and health of each child who passes through our institution, the support we receive from society and the commitment of all our teams are the ingredients that strengthen and drive us.
