Little Prince Complex in Curitiba, State Capital of Paraná, Brazil, consists of Little Prince Hospital, Little Prince College and Pelé Little Prince Research Institute. A nonprofit, it is supported by the Dr. Raul Carneiro Hospital Association of Childhood Protection, a non-governmental organization.
Little Prince Complex is increasingly recognized as an important global player in support of children’s health and well-being. As we become known throughout Brazil, in South America and beyond, our numbers of patients, research protocols, and medical students are growing, too.
As we develop, we continue to follow our principles, including:
- Our search for excellence in medical care is constant and innovative
- The children in our care have the right to love and happy experiences, with family nearby
- Our dedication to the sharing of knowledge and information improves the lives of our patients
Above all, we are proud to be a pioneer in humanizing the hospital experience for our young patients. Our professional team includes specialist physicians, nurses, psychologists, physical therapists, social assistants, researchers, educators, speech therapists, technicians, and volunteers, among others – all devoted to the children in our care.
As the demands increase for new medical procedures and treatments for children and as many new patients seek our care, Little Prince Complex realizes that it, too, must grow in order to serve our constituents. A new Little Prince Campus is being planned to meet future needs. Donate now!
